Resigned from the Company to start up my own construction Company.

Founded, registered and started trading on behalf of Hi-Tech Construction.
At inception, this Company was first based in Pennington, on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal.


The Company's two core clients were:


C.G. SMITH SUGAR


The main contract at the Sugar Mill included:

Construction of office blocks.
Civil construction.
Major upgrading and renovation of the employees’ accommodation.

SELBORNE GOLF ESTATE


The contract at this Golf Estate included:

Refurbishment of the Manor House.
Construction of an additional 12 guest rooms.
Construction of numerous residential homes on the Estate.
